• PC Configurators – GLED offers over 30 PC configurators, which allow you to quickly and easily customize a system to your specification.
   
• Online Catalog – Our on-line catalog contains a vast array of items from a national distributor which can be purchased from GLED. Alternatively, resellers can have their national distributor-direct pricing loaded on out website so complete quotes can be created.
   
• On-line Quoting – Our quoting module is designed to make your life easier. With a few key strokes you can obtain a quote, including estimated shipping costs! If your customer is ready to order, simply complete the transaction. If not, save the quote and you’ll be able to retrieve it at a later date and convert it to an order. You can use our mark-up feature to add your margin to products and then create customized quotes that can be emailed or faxed to your customers.
   
• Order Tracking – Once an order has been placed you can track its progress on-line. If systems are included, you’ll be able to see the stage of the build process they’re at.
   
• RMA Processing – In the Support module you have the ability to request an RMA online. You can then track the progress of the RMA – simply enter the serial number or invoice number and gain access to the information you need.
   
• Advance Warranty Replacement – As an enhancement to our RMA module, GLED enables you to order an advance warranty replacement on-line.
   
• Defect Tracking – As we are so proud of our low defect rates, we provide this information to our resellers on-line. You can view your own return and defect rates and those of the GLED customer base as a whole.
