How to Order

Purchasing Options Home

• Simple Setup: Complete and return the GLED Reseller Agreement (available from your Account Manager). We will then obtain formal approval for you from PA State. Once received, you may start promoting yourself as an authorized GLED reseller!
• Simplified Purchasing: When you receive an order, ask the agency to send GLED the Purchase Order made out to GLED. On receipt of the PO, we ship the systems directly to the agency, removing the need for any handling at your premises. We will also invoice the agency directly so you no longer need to finance the order.
• Commission Payments: On receipt of payment from the agency, you will receive a commission payment back from GLED. Payments are aggregated and sent to you on a quarterly basis.
• Added-Value Services: You can separately negotiate with the agency to deploy the systems provided by GLED – we ship them, you install them. You can also up-sell the standard depot warranty and provide the agency with any additional support services they may require.
• Free Software Loads: If you provide any software applications that the agency will be using, GLED will, free of charge, pre-load these applications onto each system prior to delivery. This saves you the time and effort of loading software on each machine but does not need to reduce your negotiated service and installation fees. Your costs reduce but your income doesn’t!
• Guaranteed Hardware Configurations: Great lengths are taken to maintain component consistency across the systems built for a given client. We will work with you and the agency to define a hardware configuration and will build systems to this configuration for as long as possible. This ensures that each Elite System operates in the same way as every other machine – simplifying deployment and support.
