1. GLED works with you to identify the specific hardware items and configuration required to run your software applications.
    
2. GLED provides you with an on-line storefront that provides rapid access to your pre-defined hardware items. These may be marked up with your margins
    
3. When your customer requires hardware, he will contact your sales staff for a quote, which may be obtained via the storefront.
    
4. The customer approves the quote and the order is placed.
    
5. Orders are submitted on-line to GLED.
    
6. GLED builds a machine only on receipt of your order.
    
7. If required, GLED pre-loads your software applications.
    
8. Each machine undergoes stringent quality control testing prior to dispatch.
    
9. The hardware may be shipped directly by GLED to your end-user.
    
10. All hardware provided by GLED is supported by GLED via on-site support and/or our Level 1 Helpdesk.
     
11. GLED will continually work with you to ensure that you are aware when any parts used within your configuration approach End-of-Life so that revised configurations can be developed.
