1. GLED works with you to identify the specific hardware items and configuration required to run your software applications.
    
2. GLED provides you with an on-line storefront that provides end-users with rapid access to your pre-defined hardware items. This site is made accessible via your existing web-site.
    
3. When your customer requires hardware, he may place an order on-line, via the storefront, or contact the GLED Account Management team.
    
4. GLED builds a machine on receipt of an end-user order and guarantees the exact same technical specification will be delivered to each of your end-users.
    
5. If required, GLED pre-loads your software applications.
    
6. Each machine undergoes stringent quality control testing prior to dispatch.
    
7. The hardware is shipped by GLED directly to the end-user.
    
8. On fulfillment of an order, GLED credits you with the appropriate commission payment.
    
9. All hardware provided by GLED is supported by GLED via on-site support and/or our Level 1 Helpdesk.
    
10. You will be provided with access to our on-line reporting system, which will allow you to view the orders placed by your customers and track commissions due.
     
11. GLED will continually work with you to ensure that you are aware when any parts used within your configuration approach End-of-Life so that revised configurations can be developed.
