·         Pre-defined Hardware:  Your Software Provider has defined the hardware configuration that you need to operate his software.  Any workstation, or server, purchased from GLED is built to this specified configuration and has been thoroughly tested to ensure optimal performance of your software.

·         Customer Choice:  Although your Provider has defined the base elements of the system you need, you can always customize it to meet your specific preferences.  For instance, increasing your monitor size!  We not only make sure you get the peripherals that you want; we also ensure that they are compatible with the rest of the system you’re buying.

·         Order by Phone:  If you want to order by phone, we provide you with access to a dedicated Account Manager who is responsible for managing the relationship with your software provider.  He will be able to talk knowledgeably to you about the hardware options available and ensure your order is processed quickly and painlessly. 

·         Purchase On-line:  If you prefer the convenience of on-line ordering, the GLED on-line storefront enables you to order your system with the minimum of clicks.  There’s no need fo work through complex catalogs trying to find what you want – only the items relevant to you are shown on screen, along with helpful information to simplify the process.   You may even be able to order your software and hardware in a single transaction!

·         Flexible Payment Options:  The majority of our customers prefer to pay by credit card but we also offer lease terms for transactions over $3,000.  Ask your Account Manager or look for the option when you purchase on-line.  If you’re purchasing software and hardware at the same time you can include both in your lease.

·         Competitive Pricing:  It’s hard to believe but, even with all the service extras provided by GLED, you will find our pricing to be highly competitive. 

Deployment

·         Fast Delivery:  We can often ship your custom-built PC to you within 48 hours.  When your PC arrives you will find your software has been pre-loaded so you can get up and running as quickly as possible.  We can also arrange for your systems to be installed for you – remember to ask when you place your order!

On-going Support

·         Future-proof:  All systems built by GLED are full expandable. As your needs grow over time, you can simply upgrade your existing systems, rather than replacing them completely.

·         Quality Parts:  GLED PCs only contain true name-brand components, unlike Tier 1 PCs which are built with proprietary components to keep the initial purchase costs down.  Should a component fail, post-warranty, you can easily find a replacement and will pay market prices (not an inflated Tier 1 price).
