GLED makes it easier to support your PC estate!

We’re so proud of our level of system reliability that we publish stats on-line for any of our customers to review. On the odd occasion that one of our PC fails, you need to get it up and running again as quickly as possible. If you prefer to handle the repair of your PC yourself then GLED offers two major advantages over Tier 1 manufacturers:

  • Firstly, we offer our “depot” warranty, which provides you with next business day access to replacement parts. Unlike Tier 1 manufacturers we don’t charge you for an on-site element of a warranty that you won’t use. Our depot warranty fits with the way you want to operate AND saves you up to $100 per machine! Parts can easily be requested on-line using our RMA/Advance Warranty Replacement Module or via the telephone from your Account Manager.
  • We also automatically authorize your technicians to carry out the repair work. There’s no expensive training or certification process that they need to go through.

With GLED you can fully customize your support package. Choose from:

  • Flexible warranty options: On-site or depot. One, two or three years.
  • On-site parts closet: a selection of parts will be held by the School District, or BOCES/IU (depending on needs). These are immediately available should you need to replace a faulty component.
  • For higher volume establishments, GLED can provide hot spares. These are fully configured machines that can be held at GLED, or on-site. Simply swap out the faulty machine, install the hot spare. Then return the faulty machine to GLED, we’ll repair/replace it and add it back to your hot spare supply.
