MyGLED is a secure area of the
GLED website available exclusively to our
customers. Within MyGLED, you
will find many tools and services designed
to simplify your hardware ordering and
management processes, including:
Online Configuration:
GLED offers an online PC configuration
system, the “Configurator” which allows
you to quickly and easily customize a
computer system to your specs, then either
place your order or save your
configuration and place your order at a
later date.
Online Catalog:
GLED’s online catalog contains a vast
array of items from a national distributor
that can be purchased through GLED.
Alternatively, resellers can have their
national distributor-direct pricing
uploaded to the GLED website so that
complete quotes can be created.
Online Quoting:
GLED’s online quoting module is designed
to make things easier for customers. With
a few simple key strokes you can obtain a
quote, including estimated shipping costs!
You can then complete the order, or save
the quote and convert it to an order at a
later date. Resellers can use the markup
feature to add their margin to products
and then create customized quotes that can
be e-mailed or faxed right to their
customers.
Order Tracking:
Once an order has been placed you can
track its progress online. If you ordered
computer systems, you’ll even be able to
see what stage of the build process they
are in.
Return Materials Authorization (RMA)
Processing: In the “Tech Support” module
of MyGLED, you have the ability to request
an RMA online. You can then track the
progress of the RMA by simply entering the
serial or invoice number.
Advance Warranty Replacement:
As part of your RMA processing, GLED gives
you the ability to order an advance
warranty replacement online.
Defect Tracking:
At GLED, we are proud of our low defect
rates and we provide this information to
our customers through MyGLED. Customers
can view their own return and defect rates
and compare them against those of the
entire GLED customer base.
