including, but not limited to ordering.

modify your password and should do so
regularly. You should notify GLED
immediately if you wish to terminate your
access code or have the access code

Orders
All purchases of GLED products
through the Site are subject to GLED’s
terms of sale (See, terms of sale). All
purchases of non-GLED products through the
Site are subject to the vendor’s terms of
sale as set forth on the vendor’s website
or invoice documentation.
You agree not to contest the accuracy,
validity or enforceability of orders
placed through the Site utilizing your
access code or personal information. All
orders placed using your access code or
personal information shall, for all
purposes, be deemed to be in writing
signed by you and will be admissible as
between you and GLED or other vendor to
the same extent and under the same
conditions as other business records
originated and maintained in documentary
form. The price for each order will be the
price in effect at the time of the
acceptance of the order by the selling
vendor.

exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such
courts. Arbitration under this agreement
shall be conducted under the rules then
prevailing of the American Arbitration
Association. The arbitrator's award shall
be binding and may be entered as a
judgment in any court of competent
jurisdiction. To the fullest extent
permitted by applicable law, no
arbitration under this Agreement shall be
joined to an arbitration involving any
other party subject to this Agreement,
whether through class arbitration
proceedings or otherwise.
